Heart & Sole Health Fair Planned At CentraState, Freehold Twp.
Freehold-area CentraState Health Fair is this Saturday, March 3 – along with a free-access day at the CentraState Fitness Center.

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — To get inspired about heart health, CentraState’s Heart & Sole Health Fair is the place to be this Saturday, March 3.
The health fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes free fitness classes, CPR demos, health screenings, vendors, children’s activities, Pilates Reformer demos, raffles, and more, CentraState says.

Plus, there will be an indoor Walk-a-Thon on CentraState’s treadmills. Reserve your treadmill with a donation of $20 per 30 minutes. All proceeds will benefit Cardiology Services at CentraState.

Meanwhile, CentraState has a free day of access to its Fitness Center March 3 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
