Banco Safra buys Brazilian investment group from China’s Fosun

Spinelli Advogados and Vieira Rezende Advogados have helped Banco Safra acquire the controlling shares of Brazilian financial group Guide Investimentos from Chinese conglomerate Fosun for 600 million reais (US$120 million).
