Neuron7.ai, a San Jose, CA-based company which specializes in AI for service, received a strategic investment from ServiceNow Ventures.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its go-to-market execution and support its continued product innovation with the introduction of its Gen AI Labs.

Led by CEO Niken Patel, Neuron7 provides AI-generated resolution intelligence solutions to help complex service organizations resolve issues faster at scale. By combining knowledge from data and people, Resolution Intelligence helps enterprise service organizations resolve issues across the service continuum. By learning from data and people, Neuron7 creates a Smart Resolution Repository that provides step-by-step resolutions across thousands of products and issues. Its domain-specific AI delivers real-time intelligent pathways for customers, call center agents, field technicians, and engineering alike.

The company also released Resolution Intelligence on the ServiceNow Store, bringing value to joint customers with deep AI predictions across ITSM, CSM, and FSM workflows.

In addition to starting Neuron7 Gen AI Labs, Neuron7 has added two important new features to improve its existing product suite. For the Intelligent Diagnostics product, the company introduced Guidance Navigator. Powered by advanced Gen AI techniques and intricate statistical correlations, Guidance Navigator processes data to learn how issues are solved within an organization (from product manuals, case notes, and more) and predict optimal resolution paths, providing users with detailed step-by-step guidance at scale, from their simple to most complex issues.
