NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – The North Platte Board of Education met to discuss several action items on Monday, among those items was a request to approve bids for the Eisenhower Elementary School HVAC upgrade.
The board members responded “aye” one by one, agreeing to pass the approval, 4-1.

We’re going in there and replacing six units within the building to control our instructional wing. Which is on the east side of Eisenhower Elementary.”
The project will begin on May 21, 2024, and end before the students return to school in August.
