Punxsutawney Phil may have mislead us, but count on local entertainment
We are becoming accustomed to being misled. Misinformation is definitely on trend in this country but Punxsutawney Phil? Phil? Come on Phil. Say it isn’t so. Dude, we grew up with you. Like we see you every Feb. 2. They named a day after you Phil. A WHOLE DAY. And a movie starring Bill Murray. Get your life together man. You did not see your shadow and you told us we would have an early spring. Ha. I saw snowflakes falling three days ago. Snowflakes Phil. You are nothing but a lying little buck-toothed marmot making marmots everywhere look bad. You may have fooled the folks on Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania but you are not fooling me. I say we fire you and let the Easter Bunny pick up your slack, with more pay of course. I mean what is next? Is the Farmers Almanac going to start lying to us?
Something you can trust and count on is entertainment in Chillicothe. Forget Phil and check out these local events.
